The room is located on the first floor of the house. This is a very nice bright room, with a door/window giving access to a small balcony, from which stairs lead directly to the garden. The room also has a real advantage: air conditioning. In the photos, the room is not yet furnished as it will be when the student arrives. Indeed, all rooms will be fully furnished with a bed, a table/desk, a chair as well as a wardrobe, wardrobe or shelf. In addition, large wardrobes are available in the corridors and can also be used as additional storage space. The house has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. One on the first floor and the other on the second. The bedrooms on the first floor (3 bedrooms) will share the bathroom on the first floor. The university campus of Belval is also easily accessible, which makes this location particularly interesting for students. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg, making getting around from Esch-sur-Alzette simple and convenient.
