Roomie-Radar establishes formal agreements with landlords, real estate professionals and coliving operators, and verifies their profile and listings before they go live. Tenants also have verified profiles. This significantly reduces the risk of fake listings and rental fraud — the most common problems in the shared room market. We recommend applying only to listings marked as "verified" for the best experience. See all FAQs

Check the room and the common areas in the photos, and the monthly costs — rent, deposit and any other charges — in the descriptions. If anything is unclear, mention it in the message when you apply.
Sending a rental application creates no contractual obligation: you are simply telling the landlord you are interested. Write a good description of yourself and of whatever the landlord may want to know, so you maximise your chances of being accepted.
Once the landlord has accepted you, your details and theirs are shared through a Roomie-Radar email. Get in touch with them as soon as you can to settle the last details and sign the contract.
